Malunis@Tresob They'll be fine, no worries.
Something worth also tossing out there is the fact that there's not enough heel support I think. Titan Masters have that tab on the back of the legs, which are largely used to lock them into place in certain vehicles, and I think your model's lack of that tab causes some instability. I say all this realizing I don't know how challenging that would've been to model. I'll figure out something I can glue back there for mine, so I've got that covered.
Malunis This is a really nice design and I kinda wish more people were dabbling in Titan Masters since there's so many custom faces.
This arrived today and I ended up giving it a sloppy paintjob to make a Pharma. The only complication I ran into was the arm balljoints which were really thick. I ended up shaving them down to basically being pegs. This may have very well been the problems with 3D printing rather than a thing that needs to be fixed.
Malunis I bought this and it is faaantastic. I wrote up a review: http://malunis.tumblr.com/post/161372910064
But for those who don't want a ramble: Very simple concept that breathes new life into the Generations Nightbeat/Bumblebee/etc mold, no paint required (I got mine in black since it works with everything), and most importantly it doesn't require any damaging removal of parts. That's a kind of mod I am way into.
You're gonna see all kinds of typical photos of Nightbeat with Nightbeat, like in my review, so here's Chromedome's head inside.
Malunis@fakebusker83 Ah, I see. Well, if I ever pick this up, I at least know what paint to use based on your TFW thread. :D Keep up the fine work!
Malunis On the TFW2005 thread, you said this doesn't need paint? Does that mean if I just order it as is, with its default listing of Frosted Ultra Detail, it's all in color? I've got minimal Shapeways experience so I don't know how this works.
