Sergei Shubin designed a model of a dodecahedron with all of its green-line diagonals. With an edge length of two B2 struts, it requires two odd strut lengths. It also requires two green lines to fit into a single pentagonal hole in the ball at each dodecahedron vertex. This V shape resolves both problems; when combined with two G1 struts, it terminates the green diagonals at the dodecahedron vertices, joining them to the first intersection balls.
