Spark arrestor frame to fit a J G S Clarke Polly III 5" gauge steam locomotive. Door is "sprued" onto the frame to improve rigidity and size alignment during the printing process. Hence, door needs to be cut off. Stainless steel gauze is cut and bent to fit frame and door. Holes in frame and door tapped M2 (holes may need clearing with a 1.6mm drill). Assemble with M2 stainless bolts and washers. Arrestor clamps onto the blast and petticoat pipes in the Polly smokebox. (Petticoat flange left and right hand sides may need bending adjustment to fit in arrestor frame. Blower arrangement will need re-working too.)
