A huge “step for mankind” just happened over this 4th of July weekend. NASA announced that their probe, Juno, has moved to the next phase of its mission: to enter the orbit of Jupiter and help us learn more about this gas giant and its other natural satellites. This is the closest view of second largest celestial body in our solar system in the history of mankind.
