Product Description
3D printed plastic parts for a 1922 Mack AC railbus designed to fit a PowerMAX four wheel power truck (not included) with one driven axle removed. Republic Locomotive Works No. 2199 or Showcase Miniatures SKU 0018 or NG-ZP1105 four-wheel power chassis may also be used. The model was designed for narrow-gauge (6.5mm) use, but a 9mm gauge PowerMAX could be used. Modeler will also need 00-90 screws, .010" or .012" brass wire for handrails, clear plastic for glazing, some form of weight applied to the top of the motor and an MTL Z-scale Andrews truck (remove the coupler and coupler draft gear cover, leave the tongue in place and install facing rearwards.) Some holes are to be tapped for 00-90 screws by the modeler. Recommend "Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic". Download instructions at:

GENERAL NOTE: This is a craftsman kit consisting primarily of 3D printed acrylic plastic parts. These parts are NOT as strong or flexible as the “engineering” plastics many of you will be used to in railway models, nor even as strong as conventional injection molded styrene. HANDLE THE PARTS CAREFULLY TO AVOID BREAKAGE. Wash the parts in isopropyl alcohol aided by a soft brush. Very thin parts of the kit can be strengthened by applying very small droplets of CA adhesive with the tip of a pin or needle to the back of the thin area after the parts dry.
