Team30 Micro EDF have been working in the field of Micro EDF Jets for many years, constantly developing smaller and faster power systems for them. We focus mainly on 30mm EDF systems as we find these are just the right size for our liking in both model size and speed.


The Shapeways Team30 shop is intended to provide others with parts for micro EDF jet's that you just can't get off the shelf yet. We hope to grow our collection of parts and welcome any suggestions for parts that could help forward our hobby's technology!

30mm EDF Case for 12mm's

This 30mm EDF case is designed for speed set ups. The 4 stator vane configuration allows a 3 blade rotor to work at maximum efficiency. The motor mount is designed for 12mm inrunners. The mounting holes allow for 1.6M screws (and larger). The front flange increases intake air flow efficiency. Use this case even if you are mounting in a duct setup to allow +100% FSA air flow.

Team30 Micro EDF's 30mm EDF Nacelle for pod mounted ducted fans. The nacelle has guides to perfectly align the edf case into the unit. It also has another guide within the unit that will allow you to slip the plastic sheet(exit tube) in from the rear and allow it to expand to the correct diameter to sit around the outside of the back of the edf case! (see image 3)

25mm EDF Nacelle with side mount

This is a spilt nacelle unit for 25mm EDF with 1/16" (1.6mm) slotted side mount. This allows you to mount the unit on a 1/16" ply piece and run your wiring internally. The side mount has a symmetrical airfoil shape, tapering at the rear. This unit has been designed with speed in mind. The intake flange is symmetrical and sharp. The hub (if 13mm long) will protrude ~2mm from the face of the Nacelle. It has 4 motor screw mounts for extra stability and a longer motor housing to give greater support. The rear section of the Nacelle will align your exit tube to the required size of 85% FSA.
