Product Description
The original five foot Falcon model for Episode IV had fairly rudimentary and assymetrical interior detailing of the upper gunbay area, and it didn't match the internal movie sets used in England. This is an approximation of the original upper gunbay for people who want to replicate what the five foot Falcon looked like as a shooting miniature, not what it was supposed to look like narratively. This model is based on somewhat limited photographic information. So there's a fair bit of guesswork and conjecture here, and certain areas are just unknown.
Note that this is the twin version - for both upper and lower gunbays. The actual Falcon model doesn't appear to have had anything in the lower gunbay, but if you want something to stick down there this set should do the trick.
In fact, this is a slightly conjectured version in that I added some additional details in areas for which I have no photo documentation. Just for the fun of it. To help keep a good flavour, these details are greeblies taken from the sides of the Falcon. If you want to keep things as pure as possible to the original studio model, I also have a version without these conjectured greeblies.
The 0.5mm holes are intended for short lengths of wire. The original prop has very thin posts here. Which are printable but they'd be too fragile, really.
