HO/OO "Fred" RWS 7-Plank Wagon Bachmann Redux

This model is a remake of a product previously available on my store. This product is based off of the 7-plank wagon featured in the Railways Series story "Oliver the Western Engine", who had the name "Fred Pelhay" written on his side.  The Bachmann iteration of this model features the International Hook & Loop coupling system, with hooks included.  The Chain version, on the other hand does not, instead being intended for the more realistic 3-chain and Hook Coupling system.  All this model needs to be ready to roll is a set of either Hornby 14.1mm or HO scale 38" wheels.
