The J1/E1 & Cambrian SPC Chimneys and Backhead kits bunged into one job lot.
6 different chimneys the SPC / Cambrian Small Passenger Class, the Furness E1 and J1 locomotive ran with.
It includes different sized Chimneys with Aston and Stocker types. The main chimney shanks simply fit on top of the base as a friction fit alowing interchangable looks and periods with ease, or you can glue it solid.
The J1 body comes with a chimney base already integrated so you just need to insert the chimney propper of your choice.
This backhead comes with two levers sprued behind and is designed to fit inside the cabs.
As clear photographs and drawings are lacking for these controls on said locomotive classes this has been created using the 21 Class (K2) backhead as a basis and modified in a few areas. Once further information is sourced any potential differencies will be corrected although no guarantee can be given when this may happen.
As this backhead is loose and not integrated already into a locomotive body shell; cleaning up, painting and extra detailing with brass tap handles and such like will be much easier. It'll slot in from the top and be a tight fit.
