Product Description
This is a door for the two storage compartment areas on the back of the Helix Wheely 5000 and its rebrands. This is a functional replacement, it does not include springs (see notes below). Cosmetically, the surface texture will differ from the factory finish. Although you may be able to sand/finish/paint it to better match, that will be up to the customer.
Materials:
This product is offered in several materials choices. Research "materials" in shapeways to determine the best finish for your needs.
If you need to make a new spring, refer to the image and these measurements:
it's a flat double-torsion spring made of 0.6mm wire.
The tab is 15mm wide, and about 11mm from the center of the coils.
The legs are about 18.5mm apart and about 14mm from the center of the coils.
The coils are 2.5mm/3.7mm (inner/outer diameter) and have two turns each.
The toes are 2.5mm long, bent in the same direction as the coils.
