Conion C100 (C-100) Cassette Door insert.
Description: This is the pivoting frame that sits inside the cassette chamber of the door. If yours is missing, cracked, or broken, this is the peice that you need. If your cassette door won't close or has a difficult time closing with a cassette in the chamber, you may want to peek down and make sure both of the "feet" are present. They frequently break off and once one of them breaks, the cassette won't be aligned properly preventing door from closing.
Includes: Frame only. Does not include the actual door and any hardware, which you'll need to reuse. We also have a modified frame for use with compression springs in case the original ones are missing. See our other store items and search for the same frame with "modified" or "custom" in the title. However, that frame is best suited for our custom door (also available in our other products: see our store).
Compatibility: Also fits other brands of the Conion C100 variants, including Clairtone, Helix, etc.
Design: We have encountered many versions of this frame while examining factory doors and frames. All of them should work, but the differences might be due to updates and changes the manufacturer implemented in order to deal with operational and reliability improvements. In any event, we have included the version here that we feel is possibly the latest or most robust version. If you are replacing a broken one, you may notice that it might not be 100% identical but should work just the same.
Material Choices and Options: Above the "buy-it-now" button, you have the option to select different choices of 3D print material. We recommend this product printed in "professional" plastic. However, versatile plastic is a lower cost option that will work but we feel that this product in professional plastic will be stronger and has a better finish.
