This is a body of the Cambrian Railways Small Passenger Class, or SPC for short in 3mm scale.
It has been scaled from the 4mm version and reworked to account for finescale clearances. It has certain components selected from the FR E1 & Cambrian SPC range into a specific Cambrian combination upon request and ONLY will be suitable for the 14.2mm finescale gauge.
The splashers have been deliberately made a wee wider to account for extra sideplay options. If you do not need this the inside of the splasher curves can gently be filed back. Similarly the inside of the running plate where the splashers sit can be filed back about 0.3mm's if you do need the extra side play.
Other combinations will be released periodically like the 4 & 7mm versions so 3mm modellers will also be able to make any combination and in any 3mm gauge. As they are being worked on if you have a specific combination in mind please enquire as I may then reprioritise.
