This is the Shuttlepod that was used by Starfleet on the NX Class ships and by Starfleet Command in the 22nd century, as seen in "Star Trek: Enterprise". This is most probably the standard shuttle of this time and therefore used on many other Starfleet vessels, space stations and other installations too.
