Product Description
This is the cassette deck drive gear for the JVC RC-M90 (all variants). You will have to add reflective material (chrome stickers) or foil or other reflective material in the correct places for it to work properly. This is the gear only.
The center hole is intended to be slightly undersized so you can ream it out slowly to the exact size needed. 3D printing doesn't offer the precision necessary for a press-type fit. We recommend that you have a complete set of drill bits, as many as possible . Remember that drill bits are available in fractional, metric, and numbered. Having just one set will be missing in-between sizes that may be exactly what you need. Alternately, you can measure your shaft with a micrometer and compare with your drill bits before enlarging hole. If you don't have the correct size, you may wish to order the correct size based on your micrometer reading.
Before attempting to adhere the reflective stickers, make sure to clean the surfaces thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residue.
