This is the Vidiian Ship from VOY: "Phage". It is only named Type 1 because it was the first of three different, otherwise unnamed Vidiian ship types that appeared throughout the series. It also appeared very briefly in the DS9 episode "Rules of Engagement" where it depicted a Klingon civilian transport ship that was accidentally destroyed by the Defiant under the command of Worf. The episode ultimately revealed, that this was a set-up to discredit Worf.
The filming model itself was a re-use of the Merchantman Vessel from Star Trek III. For this appearance the model was heavily altered with some parts removed and an entirely new bridge section added. The "Official Starships Collection" gives us a length of 150m for the original Merchantman, although the model was supposed to depict different sized vessels on most of its appearances. However, the new section which now also features some windows, dictates a size more close to 200m to fit a single deck into the new bridge module at the top. So i go with this figure as given by ex-astris-scientia.org.
The base model for this was modelled after the somewhat inaccurate drawings from the "Star Trek: Fact Files". I then changed and added some details as it can be seen on a picture of the actual studio model from the Christie's auction when the model was sold.
