This is the V'Melak Class, a fan design for Bridgecommander, based upon the D'talla Class (IRW Melak) from "Star Trek: New Worlds". I think this could be a good intermediate step between the D'talla Class and the Valdore Type Warbird from "Star Trek: Nemesis". This is also a viable candidate for the Warbirds that destroyed the Enterprise-C at Narendra III. In fact someone used exactly this model for a video of the Battle of Narendra III.
