Grundig Party Center 2000 Cassette Deck Gears

The Grundig Party Center 2000 boombox is a high quality stereo, with a fantastic soft logic control tape deck.  That is, if it's still working.  These decks are fairly simple, several motor drives it.  Umnfortunately, it has a problem: there are 2 orange colored plastic gears that fractures and crumbles with age.  This results in decks that become unserviceable.

These are 3D printed replacements.  You will receive both the small and large gear connected together by small pins.  To use, you'll have to trim off the 2 pins that connect them, and replace them in your cassette deck.  

Materials choices:  choose the material based on the following characteristics.

1. Fine detail plastic provides the best finish but is more brittle
2. Multi-Jet Fusion has a noticeably textured finish but is stronger and more flexible material.
