Magnavox D8443 Boombox cassette gear

The Magnavox D8443 Boombox has a plastic gear in the cassette mechanism that always seems to break rendering the deck no longer serviceable as parts are pretty much no longer available.  We believe the Philips D8444 is the same as the Magnavox boombox, so this likely applies as well.

NOW, you CAN fix it.  This is a 3D printed gear to replace that broken one.  

Materials choices:  choose the material based on the following characteristics.

1. Fine detail plastics provides the best finish but is more brittle
2. Multi-Jet Fusionplastics has a noticeably textured finish but is stronger and more flexible material.
