This is the Tempest Class patrol escort from "Star Trek Online". One of the better designs from there in my opinion. This at least does look like a convincing late 24th, early 25th century starship and it has a reasonable size. The design reminds me about the Archer Class from the "Star Trek: Vanguard" and "Star Trek: Seekers" novels. The overhanging warp nacelles are reminiscent of the Intrepid Type from the Archer era.
