I have a device that I need to make a prototype of so I can test it. Using any cad software
is far beyond my capabilities. I have drawings with exact dimensions that I can provide. for three of the five components and approximate dimensions for the other two parts. The item I am working on is about the size of a plastic pill bottle. I won’t know the exact dimensions for the final model until I have the first model and try to fit the mechanical components into it. My device has five separate parts. The main component is 29mm wide, inside diameter with wall thickness of 1.5mm. It has threads at the top, height is 60 mm. The other components are approximately the size of a pill bottle cap. The device is (very similar to a flashlight ) a small, motion activated, lighted, mini buoy. The device is to be made of plastic, preferably PVC but that is not an absolute. I can E-mail my drawings. Hope you can take what I have drawn and help me with making my first parts and then take it to final design.

We are interested in obtaining a prototype of a backrest of our design that will aid people with lower back spinal problems. It could be used in the car or anywhere else where people may sit for long periods of time.

In general terms, please visualize the end product as lightweight, with the right combination of firmness and flexibility, (made in plastic) such as those used to make patio chairs (PVC?) or whichever is recommended for the injection molding process.
We calculated this product would use approximately 3.85 cubic inches (9.79 cubic cm.) of material.
We would appreciate receiving information on the costs of manufacture as well as the confidentiality agreement for protection previous to our divulgation of the exact details of this product.
The patent pending item called Handcuff Jewelry will need to be developed from the sketch stage. There are two components involved, the bracelet and the cufflette. Although prototypes will be needed for both, the bracelet will require the precision that will make the jewelry work. With Handcuff jewelry the bracelet will be designed to be opened in the front and to wear low on back of the hand so that it rest naturally and comfortably on the trazium and pisiform bones of the hand. Detactable and exchangeable cufflettes will be attached to the bracelet and will provide the visual and artistic effect of the fun jewelry piece.
The ideal dimension, shape and metal type(s) of bracelet should be determined by best fit position of bracelet on back of hand. The particulars of the cufflettes will be restricted only by their fit on the back of the hand when connected to the bracelet.
