Browse through products

  • Welcome to the world of wonderful personalized gifts and products! Browse around our designer's Shops and look at all the work they've made. All the products with a pink shopping cart icon can be purchased.
  • You can check out their renderings, pictures, prices and even see the model in 3D by clicking on a particular products in the gallery.
    Go to the shops directly or select the kind of design you are looking for.

Pick a model

  • You will see the product model page with all information about the product, from size to price.
    You'll also find the order button here.

Choose a material

  • We have a large variety of materials available for you to print your design in.
  • We try to amaze you with new materials over and over again.
  • Each product has a number of materials and colors for you to choose from.

Step 4: Order!

  • Go to your mydesign page, click on the product you want to order and in 10 working days you have your product in one of the plastics, 14 working days in Stainless Steel and 21 working days for glass products.
  • You need to be a Shapeways member (its' free) to order or vote for the products.
Do you want to make money with your modeling skills? The Shapeways Shops are the place where 3D modelers, artists, designers & sculptors can showcase and
sell their work. 

Step 1: Open a shop

  • Become a Shapeways member and open a shop.
  • Then click on the my designs page.Click on the green ‘open your shop’ button and
    fill out all details.
  • To let your shop stand out between other shops we have information on
    how to manage your shop.

Step 2: Upload designs

  • Upload designs. Click on each product's detail page. In the right column you can change the properties of that particular product.
  • The rights of your original design will always remain yours.
    You simply give us a license to print your product and sell it.
  • At all times you can remove your products from Shapeways.
    When you do this the license ends, so we're no longer permitted to produce products based
    on that design.

Step 3: Add a mark up

  • You now can decide how much you would like to earn on each product
    under the heading "Your markup".

Step 4: Make money

  • You can keep on doing what you do best; designing!
  • We will take care of ordering, payments, production process, customer service and shipping.
  • Every time somebody buys a model from your shop, you will earn your royalty!
    Of course you can help your sales by promoting your shop outside Shapeways, pimping your shop and join the Personalize your own Platform.
