Inhale Exhale Bypass Ring - size 7 ONLY

The Bypass ring is one of my earliest designs and I always revisit it. This version has the words "inhale" and "exhale" engraved with a two-way arrow in between. How many times a day do you hold your breath? How many times a day do you need to take a break and start fresh? This ring helps me with both. I suggest going up a 1/2 size as the ring sits across the widest part of the finger.
