The Ferengi D'Vor Feesha is an improved version of the D'Vor Class survey ship (mining ship) from the mobile game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline (KTL). I imagine "Feesha" to mean something like "Refit" in the Ferengi language. The model is mostly the same as the D'Vor, but with some parts doubled (spikes on the side, landing gear plate, i wonder how this is supposed to increase the ship's capabilities?). There is now a new mining laser at the front. But whoever made this, removed the part that was the front landing gear and used it for the laser instead. So, despite having a rear landing gear, this thing now can not land!?! This is one of the many examples in the game, where a cheap kitbash is used to create "new" content without having to spend much for development. But you can be sure, this thing is expensive for the player in the game...
