TF Armada Prime Headgear Upgrade Horn

This is a set of replacement parts for Armada Optimus Prime.  The parts replace Optimus Prime's Super mode Head Antenna and gives him fearsome looking horns.  This is great for customizing your figures to look different from each other.  The horns are longer than the original antenna parts.  The horn parts can be installed and transformed into truck mode.  Transformation works the same as the original parts.

These parts are connected.  You will need to separate them and trim off excess plastic with a hobby knife or plastic cutters

To install you will need to unscrew the back of Optimus Prime's Head.  The front and back half of the head will split.  Remove the antenna and replace with the new parts.  Press gently, firmly and with even pressure.  Reassemble Optimus' head and install the original screw.

This is intended for adult collectors.  This is not designed for rough play by children.

This was tested with my home printer, printed in PLA plastic.  When fitting the part press firmly and evenly.  Depending on the plastic you choose, sanding or polish may be needed to fine tune the fit.  

This has been successfully printed in Shapeways Natural Versatile Plastic, Processed Versatile Plastic, Premium Versatile Plastic, Clear Fine Detail Plastic, Clear Ultra Fine Detail Plastic, Fine Detail Plastic, Ultra FIne Detail Plastic, Smooth Fine Detail Plastic, Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic and PA12.
