The Maquis most probably used every ship they could get their hands on in their fight against the Cardassians. This squad peg contains what seems to be the most common smaller ones. The tiny Bajoran (subimpulse) Raider was equipped with a new cockpit piece (so an existing shuttle set could be used for internal shots). Maybe it was also upgraded with an impulse drive or even a warp drive, although i doubt the latter, due to the small size of the vessel that won't allow to put much additional equipment inside. The Peregrine Class is a modified courier ship while the Maquis Fighter strongly resembles the much larger Maquis Raider (because the filming miniature of the fighter was later altered to become the Raider).
