This is a fan variant of the Constitution Class. I named it TNG Refit, because it looks like it could be a possible further refit of the TMP version. If we regard the numerous Miranda and Excelsior Class ships during the Dominion War, it is not too far-fetched to assume some Constitutions still being active during the 24th century. There is even a damaged Constitution Class engineering hull floating around in the debris field of "Best of Both Worlds" (a reuse of the damaged Enterprise from Star Trek III).
