3125 Scale Romulan KE5 Escort WEM

This is the Romulan conversion of the Klingon E5 battle escort. During the year that the Klingons convinced the Romulans to attack the Federation, the Kozenko Design Bureau (with the permission of the Klingon emperor) opened negotiations on the subject of providing E5 battle escorts to the Romulan Empire. The proposal was politely declined as the Romulans noted that the Klingon Empire itself did not seem to be pursuing the design. The Klingons then bought a few just to help export sales and the Romulans did buy a small number.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. (Smooth Fine Detail Plastic makes an excellent cloaked ship!) Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
