N Scale model of Victorian Railways' (Australia) "Spirit of Progress" Observation/Parlor Car Chassis.
The carriage was originally used on the Spirit of Progress (Melbourne to Albury) as the Observation Car and was modified in the 1960's and given the name "Norman". This Chassis represents the car as it was originally built.
To complete this model you will need to purchase the VR Spirit of Progress Observation Car - N Scale, two Micro-Trains 1017 bogies with adjustable couplers and paint/decals.
