N Scale model of Victorian Railways' (Australia) Spirit of Progress Observation/Parlor Car.
This carriage was originally used on the Spirit of Progress (Melbourne to Albury) as the Observation Car and was modified in the 1960's and given the name "Norman".
To complete this model you will need to purchase the VR Norman Car Chassis, two Micro-Trains 1017 bogies with adjustable couplers and paint/decals.
