This is the shuttle seen in the end of "Star Trek: Generations", that picked up Picard from the planet. The model seen in flight, as the full scale mock-up (only seen in a cut scene), was a redress of the shuttle built for "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier". For its appearance in the 24th century, the shuttle was altered a little. Most notably, the "wings" on each side were removed and windows were added to the sides, similar to the Type 6 (which, on a side note, itself was also a redress of one of the Galileo mock-ups, shortened and with different warp nacelles).
