Product Description
This is a set of adapters for connecting your Transformers Energon Optimus Prime Drones to Transformers Energon Combiners torso figures. This is something I thought would be fun to do with the drones since they are not compatible with many figures.
Choose Small for a set of 2 adapters
Choose Medium for a Set of 4 adapters.
Each adapter is made of 2 pieces. The original connector peg fits inside a cavity inside the adapter. The adapter parts will snap together around the connector peg of the combiner torso, forming a bigger connector peg.
These parts are connected. You will need to separate them and trim off excess plastic with a hobby knife or plastic cutters
This is intended for adult collectors. This is not designed for rough play by children.
This was dested on my home printer, printed in PLA plastic. When fitting the part, press firmly and evenly. Depending on the plastic you choose, sanding or polish may be needed to fine tune the fit.
This has been successfully printed in Shapeways Natural Versatile Plastic
The adapters were tested with the Bruticus Maximus and Superion Maximus combiners
