Update Aug. '21: New, more accurate and detailed model. Renamed to "Constitution Class, Modified" to distinguish it from the real Refit of the Kelvin Timeline.

Unlike the Enterprise-A from the Prime Timeline, the ship replacing the destroyed Enterprise at the end of "Star Trek: Beyond", is a newly built ship, that differs notably from its predecessor. Because a new build ship is something entirely different than a Refit, this technically can't belong to the Constitution Class and is either a member of a different Class or if it is the first of her kind, then it would be her own class (Enterprise Class). However, Eaglemoss states in it's "Star Trek Beyond Special Issue", it is a "modified" Constitution Class. Further, in the comic "Star Trek: Boldly Go, Issue 10", Scotty also calls it a Constitution Class. Hence, and because there is also already a true Refit variant in the Kelvin Timeline, i list it as the Constitution Class, Modified. This way, it can easily be found near the other Constitution variants in my shop when it is sorted alphabetically...

There is no official size figure for this. Comparing things like window sizes and distances and the sizes of docking ports, Torpedo launcher, the sensor dome etc. with the same parts on the Enterprise from the 2009 movie, they should be both in the same size category. Give or take a few meters. As i list the other ship with the much more plausible intended design size of 366m, i list this ship with the exact same length. This way the saucer is a bit larger here, but this could be explained by the (added) steeper angle of the saucer rim. Because the nacelles are shorter, the engineering section on both ships have a similar size. If you rather believe in the official, ridiculous huge 725m for the 2009 Enterprise, i also give an alternate scale for this.

If you need this in another material, size, or quantity, send me a message. I will try to make it as you need. Be sure to read my comments below my shop page first.
