The Parliament Class is a more prestigious vessel than the contemporary California Class in "Star Trek: Lower Decks". In one episode, we can see a master system display of the ship. According to this, the ship is just 500-600m long, but the many windows seen on the outside point to a larger size. The book "Shipyards reference: Starfleet Ships 2294 - The Future", released by Eaglemoss before the bankruptcy, lists this ship with a length of 641m. Although the same book also lists the California Class with a wrong, way too large size, "Star Trek Online" also uses the same size in-game. Compared to the official 535.2m for the California class, this also fits well to a display in an episode, where we can see the silhouettes of both ships side-by-side.
