In the TOS episode "The Changeling", we can briefly see "Nomads" original form, before it merged with the alien "Tan Ru" probe, on a computer screen. Travis Mayweather also had a model of it on the NX-01 Enterprise and in "Star Trek: Picard", there was a model seen on earth in the year 2024.
This original shape has nothing in common with the thing later found by Kirk's Enterprise. So i assumed that the device, that beamed aboard the Enterprise, must have been something hidden inside the original probe. For that i made the cylindrical main hull of this model about 1m in diameter and that lead to a length of about 7.5m for this 3D model. This is just conjecture, and the probe could be easily any other size.
