The Klingon Negh'Var Class model first appeared as the unnamed Klingon future cruiser in the alternate timeline in "TNG: All Good Things...". It was referred to as Voodieh, or voDleH (Klingon for "Emperor") behind the screen.
Then, it depicted Gowron's new Flagship, the "IKS Negh'Var" during DS9. Now with two added (weapon-) pods on the underside, a shortened "antenna" in the front, removed "fins" on the lower pod at the front and shorter spikes at the wing tips.
For the scenes as the Regent's Flagship in the Mirror Universe, the ship was scaled up massively (approx. 2km long!!!). For that, the model got some more lit window rows and the antenna at the front removed completely. However, there are also shots of that ship with the short antenna in one episode.
For "VOY: Endgame", a CGI model was built to again depict a future Klingon vessel. For that, the fins and the long antenna were added again like on the voDleH type, but the pods on the underside are kept also. There is a good article about those variants here at Ex Astris Scientia.
This is the IKS Negh'Var variant, that can also be used as the Regent's Flagship from the Mirror Universe. For that, i also give an alternate scale for a size of something around 2km.

On a side note, many models of this ship, including the one from Star Trek Tactics/Attack Wing are wrong. The Wings don't bend downward. The warp nacelles are tilted inward. The brain wants to see those vertical, that's why many think the wings need to bend down.
