The USS Bradbury was once mentioned on TNG to be the ship that should transport Wesley back to earth. It was further mentioned two times on a display as undergoing warp drive performance tests. The Star Trek Encyclopedia states that the Bradbury is the Prototype of its class. The ship was never seen on screen. This design is from the
Advanced Starship Design Bureau, a site on ex-astris-scientia.org that tries to find consistent designs for ships mentioned but not seen in Star Trek. From there comes the length of 600m. Although personally i think the ship works much better at a smaller size. The distance of the window rows, as also the size of the docking hatches on each side of the secondary hulls, point to a ship length of 500m at most. Also, at this size the torpedo tube and the shuttle bay doors won't look so gigantic when compared to the same things on a Galaxy Class. For the sake of accuracy i keep the 600m figure.
