This Cardassian Shipyard is based on a design sketch, made by John Eaves for DS9. It was rejected and the Monac Type was then used instead. This thing is huge. On the design sketch, there are several Cardassian (Galor) and Dominion ships (Battleships and Battlecruisers) docked to it. The Dominion Battleship, which is a 1.5km long monster of its own, is seen docked inside of one of the 5 large rings that surround the station. To be large enough for that, this 3D model needs to have at least an outer diameter of 21.5km. Because this is hard to measure on a 5 fingered model, i use the height here to scale it. 21.5km in diameter means it must be at least 9km high.
