The Tellarite Pralim Class from "Star Trek Online" is an almost identical copy of the ship that appeared in the 22nd century during "Star Trek: Enterprise". Almost, because besides some rather minor cosmetic changes, there are a few things very different. For example, the large arrays of antennae at the front are missing. The biggest change however is the removal of the two weapons that were taken over from the Arkonian model when the CG model was altered the first time to become the Tellarite vessel. On the 22nd century version they are still sticking out behind the new green glowing, bussard collectors now covering the front openings in the hull. (I'm not sure what they are now supposed to be, unless the Tellarites prefer their main weapons to fire backwards. Seems a bit cowardly on a warship though... ) On the 25th century version those are removed and the hull is closed there. In the game, the ship is upsized to some 475m, more than double the size of the original design. But as the model still sports the windows in the same spots and the same arrangement as the older model, i assume the size to be the same. Another indicator for the smaller size are the two newly added round details on the hull on port and starboard. They look suspiciously like (extractable?) docking ports. On a 200m ship, those are an almost perfect 3m in diameter, allowing it to fit a 2m door inside to let the crew go through comfortably. At 475m they would be 7m in diameter... These ports by the way wouldn't be possible on the 22nd century ship, as the hull there just forms a loop around the "weapon" with a hollow space behind it. There would be no way to access the ship this way on the older version.
On a side note: Star Trek Online's "explanation" for this design appearing in the 25th century is just plain ridiculous when you think about it. A contest between the Federation, Klingons and Romulans to create a new flight deck carrier but the design had to look like something from the 22nd century?!? Well, lets exchange some words here.
A contest between the USA, Great Britain and Russia to create a new aircraft carrier but the design must look like something from the 19th century!!! Sounds credible, right?
