3788 Scale Canadi'en Maple Leaf Heavy Cruiser MGL

An example of the whimsical nature of some of the simulator empires, the Canadi’en ships were based on the “maple leaf” design of the 20th-century Canadian flag. (Apparently, some Star Fleet officers of Canadian extraction were having their own private joke, pulling the leg of the rest of the Academy.) These ships were armed with a combination of plasma, disruptor, and mauler technology.

The Maple Leaf Heavy Cruiser is the standard warship of the Canadi’ens, mounting disruptors, phasers, and plasma-D torpedoes. Note the unique tactical implications caused by the combination of disruptors and plasma-D racks.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
