This Romulan Warbird appears in the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline. It's one of the larger Romulan ships there, very similar to the Legionary Class from the same game. The ships' appearance draws heavily on the look of the D'deridex Class Warbird that first showed up about 100 years later in the "Prime Timeline".
It's hard to determine the size of it. When placed next to the Enterprise in the game, it looks like being just slightly larger than the saucer section. Using the official (ridiculously oversized) 725m for the Enterprise, this ship is about 380m long. This figure allows to fit about 24 decks into the head and about one or two into the lower neck connections. The upper wings, while not thick enough to have a full deck (mainly due to the curvature), are at least thick enough for service corridors (where you can stand upright) to give access to these parts of the ship. Any size smaller would render most of the ship uninhabitable, on the other hand it shouldn't be as big as the later D'deridex, so i consider this to be a viable figure. Although the reference against the Enterprise model from the same game is not reliable. The ships in this game are not displayed in the correct relative size to each other. Otherwise, you would hardly recognize the 25.5m Klingon D4 BOP next to the 725m Enterprise. The much smaller USS Franklin (137m) from "Star Trek: Beyond" for example is also depicted to be about the size of the saucer section of the Enterprise.
