This squad peg contains one of all shuttle types carried on board of an Intrepid Class Starship. Official publications claim that the USS Voyager only had 2 standard shuttlecraft , 4 smaller shuttlepods and 4 EVA Workpds. We never saw any workpods in any episode. The Shuttles where most probably intended to be of the Type 8, which was especially designed for "Star Trek: Voyager", but in the early seasons we often saw the Type 6 too. Most probably due to the use of stock footage from TNG to save costs or maybe the VFX crew confused the Type 6 with the very similar looking Type 8. They even mixed up footage of both types for the very same shuttle in the same episode! In later seasons we exclusively saw the new Type 9 besides the Delta Flyer. The later is a unique ship and shouldn't be found on a regular Intrepid Class ship. Therefore, at least Voyager seemed to have all 3 types on board. Although they also seemed to have an infinite supply of spare shuttles anyway ;-)
