This is the Centaur Type from DS9: "A Time to Stand". Despite using parts of the Excelsior Class, this ship is supposed to be that small. The torpedo pod is the same size as that on a Miranda Class as is the bridge module. Adam Buckner, who build the original studio model said about it:
"I built it for the beginning of Season 6 on DS9 as a BG ship for my episodes around the space station where the detailing and scaling would be less noticeable as being completely mixed, but when Gary Hutzel saw it, he wanted it for his Episode with the JH Bug. I added more detail at this point to make sure the scale looked like a smaller ship even tho' it was an Excelsior dish."
If the ship is scaled according to the excelsior parts, it would be 381.87m, as stated in the "DS9 Technical Manual". But when scaled by the Miranda parts, it is only 210m. As the latter is the original intended design size, i use this to list the ship, but give an alternate scale for the other figure too.
