The Selay are the snake-like species from the TNG episode "Lonely Among Us". We've never seen any Selay Spaceship, so this is based on a fan-made set of ships that someone made for the" Starfleet Command" video game. This is based on the Heavy Cruiser from this set. I replaced the original round neck with a z-shaped one like on all the other ships, implying a Selay design principle.
