3125 Scale Federation Fralli Heavy Cruiser WEM

Star Fleet had been directed by the Federation Council to provide older ships to member planets for local security. It was logical that these older ships, kept near a planet and without the arduous duty of the fleet itself, could provide many years of cost-effective local defense.

Member planets were not created equal, and Frallia was one of the last on the list to get a ship. Indeed, there were no more operational ships to pass out to planetary defense commands, so Star Fleet towed an old light cruiser (Alberta) and an old frigate (John Wesley Powell) to Frallia. When the Fralli complained that neither ship had functional engines, two worn-out police cutters (Drebin and Nordberg) were also provided.

Star Fleet expected that the Fralli would pick one of the ships and use parts from the other three to get it into service. Instead, the Fralli welded parts of all four ships together into a cruiser they named the Powerista. The ship had two photon torpedo launchers, four phaser-1s, six phaser-3s and three drone racks, making it a very powerful light cruiser. While the four police engines provided barely adequate warp power, the multiple reactors and impulse engines gave the ship a respectable amount of power.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
