This attention is only increased thanks to his new Targetmaster partner and PR agent Muckraker. A sleazy tabloid reporter, Muckraker loves reporting on the mayhem created by his larger partner. Turns into a Friction Rifle. 

Vandal is the spoiled son a well-off parents who likes to think he's a revolutionary against the "system". Loves destroying other people's property and blowing up expensive things. Becomes a High Energy Particle Beam Rifle for  Runabout.
