Product Description
Each miniature represents any of a series of assault fighter armed with a single plasma-F torpedo, all of which are externally identical. The single pilot rode in a cockpit on the right side of the torpedo, and while seemingly blind to the left he flew by computer monitors not direct vision anyway. The Romulans regarded this type of fighter as their primary anti-ship assault fighter as it had a weapon able to score enough damage to matter; a full squadron all scoring hits could detonate a dreadnought. The Gladiator series began with the relatively slow Gladiator-I. Later improvements included the Gladiator-II (faster and with a small phaser for self-defense and dogfighting making this the standard model for the first half of the General War) and the Gladiator-III (with slightly better speed).

This comb of fighters is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
