Small is deluxe sized for CW truck - such as Ironhide or Offroad. The head has a replaceable face so you can achieve either looks, with or without visor.
Extra-Small is a Legends sized head for Generations huffer/pipes. The cab of the figure will need some slight tooling for the head to fit as it is wider than the stock head for better proportions.
