This is the Miranda Class vessel USS Lantree NCC-1837, featured in the TNG episode "Unnatural Selection". The simple reason why this Miranda Class was filmed without the roll bar was because they didn't get the lighting to work, thus creating another Miranda subclass.

The size is the same as the Reliant Type. Note, Eaglemoss lists the Reliant Type (Regular and XXL version)with a length of 233m, whereas all the other variants (Saratoga, Lantree etc.), that should have the exact same length are said to be 243m. The latter makes much more sense, as this makes the shared components about the same size as on the TMP Constitution.
