You get 1 wheelset in this order. You still have to paint these yourself; that goes for everything on Shapeways.
I reuse the stock HW axles by clipping a wheel off then I can clip off the ends of the axle to preserve the full length.
To mount without drilling the model apart; put tire in body first, squeeze wheel into tire, then push axle in from outside with another axle, then glue on the center caps. Or mount with poster putty if you want to steer and add camber.
