The model for the Lysian Central Command first appeared as the "Edo God" in the TNG Episode "Justice". There, it was only partly visible. It's not entirely clear if this was a single life form. However, most probably it was a kind of space station inhabited by a group of interdimensional beings that saw the Edo as their children. The size of the "Edo God" is hard to determine, the many window rows however point to a very large size. In the episode "Conundrum", the model was finally seen as a true space station. Here we can compare the structure against the Enterprise-D that looks tiny against it. I estimate the length of the oval parts at the sides about the same length as the Galaxy Class ship. This sets the length for this model to about 2500m (maybe ±200m). It is huge, and it is already hard to imagine, that a species with such inferior weapon technology (it couldn't even scratch the Enterprise's shields and a single torpedo would have destroyed it), is able to build such a large structure. So it better be on the lower end of the estimation.
